Job Description
We are hiring a Business Analyst (80%) with Scrum Master responsibilities (20%) to support large-scale Singapore Government IT systems. This is not a passive documentation role. We are looking for someone structured, decisive, and delivery-focused - able to operate confidently within strict governance, audit, and compliance environments.
