GOLF ASSISTANT Job Functions & Summary: As the first point of contact at the Golf Counter, the Golf Assistant (Golf Receptionist) plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for Club members and guests.

The role is primarily member-facing and involves attending to enquiries, coordinating golf bookings and competitions, supporting handicapping administration, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Golf Department.

You will work closely with the Golf Admin and Operations team and relevant Club departments to ensure that members receive timely and accurate assistance on all matters relating to golf.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: Attend to Club members and guests at the Golf Counter, providing friendly, professional and efficient assistance on all golf-related enquiries. Manage golf bookings and reservations , including timesheet bookings, tee-time arrangements, course reservations and private golf competitions.

Liaise with members on golf competitions , including registration, draws, competition information, scoring, results and other related enquiries. Handle members' handicapping enquiries and provide timely follow-up on handicap-related matters.

Perform daily, weekly and monthly handicapping administration and reports using the Club's handicapping system (CHS), including coordination with the Singapore Golf Association (SGA) where required. Support on golf operations and handicapping matter
