We are looking for a seasoned product - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery - Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
