Core Mandate Assume end‑to‑end P&L ownership for a greenfield‑to‑stabilization SAP S/4HANA Cloud (private edition) transformation spanning ≥8 APAC countries (China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, India, Australia) – with mandatory integration to Singapore IRAS tax engines (GST/e‑invoicing), MAS regulatory reporting, and PEPPOL – while executing simultaneous rollouts across 4 distinct system integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, and a regional boutique SI).

You will enforce a single global template while accommodating 12+ local statutory/regulatory variants with zero business downtime and Non‑Negotiable Programme Scope Orchestrate concurrent cutovers for Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, EWM, PM, QM, and SAP IBP – with zero business downtime and Architect all SAP BTP integrations (including CPI, RPA, and AI‑Core) while simultaneously decommissioning legacy ECC 6.

0 landscapes across 15+ legal entities. Mandate SAP Activate Agile + SAFe® hybrid governance, with daily C‑level steering committee updates (in English, Mandarin, and Japanese – spoken and written).

Personally lead program recovery of at least 1 failing S/4HANA initiative (>$50M budget) and implement ≥3 SAP Business AI / Joule use cases that measurably reduce order‑to‑cash cycle by 20% within first 6 months.

Be on‑call 24/7/365 including all APAC public holidays, weekends, and out‑of‑hours; must be physically present in each country for go‑live (travel >70%), with the Singapore office as the primary command centre for all cutover windows.

Absolute Minimum Requirements (ALL must be evidenced with verifiable references) Experience & Tenure 28+ years total professional experience, with 22+ years exclusively in SAP consulting and 15+ years as a global program lead for S/4HANA.
