Description We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Design and develop scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. • Build, publish, and manage APIs across the complete lifecycle, including onboarding, versioning, deprecation, and retirement, in alignment with OpenAPI specifications. • Implement and enforce API security policies, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, authentication, authorization, data protection, and traffic controls. • Configure and manage API infrastructure across private cloud, public cloud, and multi-cloud environments. • Develop responsive frontend interfaces integrated with API-driven backend services. • Analyze API usage, performance, and service quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement using AI tools. • Use AI coding tools, such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive engineering tasks. • Design and implement agentic communication workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) to support intelligent, context-aware agent interactions. • Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and external clients to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. • Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation to improve delivery speed and consistency. • Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements related to API governance and application security. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. • 8 to 13 years of experience in software development required – proficiency in Java 8 or higher and Front-End UI Technologies. • Java, Spring, and Spring Boot • Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript • Python • REST APIs, Open API / Swagger, WebSocket, and MCP • Oracle databases • Azure APIM, API Gateway, and cloud platform integrations • Git and version control practices • Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and AI-assisted development tools • API Management and API Security • Azure APIM, API Gateway, and AI Gateway • Full stack application development and microservices architecture • API analytics, monitoring, and performance optimization • CI/CD, DevOps practices, and engineering automation • AI-assisted development and agentic workflow design using MCP. A2A • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, client-facing environment. • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams. • Curiosity and adaptability to evolving AI tooling and agentic development practices.
