Job Summary

Leads a development squad to design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time. Provides technical guidance, enforces best practices, mentors junior developers, and contributes to development, bug fixes, and continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

What a day in the life looks like Ensure that products developed are of high quality and completed on time. Serve as the guardian for your squad’s code, processes and best practices. Mentor more junior developers in processes, technologies, products, design patterns, and coding styles.

Independently, and with your squad, design and develop feature enhancements and resolve bugs. Participate in the Agile process. Constantly improve methods of product development to increase productivity and quality. Stay up to date on new technologies and development practices.
