Evnek - Data Architect/Manager

Role: Data Architect / Manager Experience: 10 - 15 Years Location: Bengaluru (Remote) Notice Period: Immediate or max 15 days preferred Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Management: - Lead multiple delivery pods across AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics projects. - Own sprint planning, backlog management, delivery quality, and execution. - Track project risks, dependencies, and escalations. - Ensure successful execution of project milestones and SOW commitments. 2. Team Leadership: - Manage AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Leads, and Technical Leads. - Mentor and coach engineering teams. - Conduct performance reviews and support career development. - Drive engineering excellence and delivery best practices. 3. Technical Leadership: - Review solution architecture and technical designs. - Guide teams on AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms. - Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. - Collaborate with solution architects on technical decisions. 4. Client Management: - Participate in discovery workshops and solution discussions. - Provide delivery updates to stakeholders. - Manage client expectations and resolve delivery issues. - Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders. 5. Operational Excellence: - Improve delivery processes and governance. - Support hiring and technical interviews. - Monitor resource utilization and delivery metrics. Required Experience: - 10 - 20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Enterprise Technology. - Minimum 5 years leading engineering or delivery teams. - Experience delivering enterprise AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud projects. - Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience. - Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
