Job Title: Admin Cum Executive Assistant (EA) to Managing Director Location: Pune (Candidate should be willing to relocate to Aundh, Pune, as the office may shift to this location) Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: Up to ₹35,000 In-hand Gender: Male / Female About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Cum Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and manage day-to-day administrative, back-office, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with experience in administration, order processing, ERP operations, and executive support. Key Responsibilities Executive Assistant Support  Provide administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.  Manage meetings, appointments, schedules, and follow-ups.  Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official communication.  Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD. Back Office & Sales Coordination  Handle end-to-end order processing from order receipt to dispatch.  Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of orders.  Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS reports, and business-related documentation.  Maintain accurate records and update information in ERP systems.  Follow up with customers regarding payments, outstanding dues, and recoveries. Administration & Office Management  Manage day-to-day office administration activities.  Handle EPABX operations, incoming calls, and office correspondence.  Manage inward and outward mail, courier, and documentation.  Coordinate with employees and support smooth office operations.  Monitor and manage administrative expenses such as electricity, telephone, mobile, stationery, and maintenance expenses.  Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents. Travel & Coordination  Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for the Managing Director and employees.  Coordinate meetings, events, and other office-related activities. Required Skills  Experience in Executive Assistant, Administration, Back Office, Sales Coordination, or Office Management roles.  Knowledge of ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).  Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.  Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.  Good documentation and reporting skills.  Professional attitude with strong organizational abilities. Preferred Industry Background  Manufacturing  Engineering  Steel & Metals  Industrial Products  Trading Companies Qualification  Graduate in any discipline.  3–5 years of relevant experience in Administration, Executive Assistance, Back Office Operations, or Sales Coordination.
