About This Job Uppteam Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Work Mode: On-site Industry: Building Construction Responsibilities Job Description Responsible for overall Design and coordination of the project and teamWork with the Design Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and productionLead design effort and client presentations, support client relationshipsCollaborate with Design Manager(s) to deliver projects on timeCoordinate with consultantsResolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutionsMentor junior and intermediate design staffProduce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawingsOversee development of design throughout design development and construction drawingsAssist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordinationContribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsParticipate in firm marketing, industry events and project interviewsCollaborate with design talent across the firm to elevate the quality of our work overallMust be able to plan ahead and anticipate the project’s needs in order to maintain goals and objectives of the project, on behalf of all project team membersMust be able to execute strong follow through on agenda items and project issues to achieve a high level of design Skills :Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project teamProficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, PhotoShop & InDesignUnderstanding BluebeamKnowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codesStrong presentation skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeStrong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideasMust have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationshipA deep understanding of - and experience with - urban, resort and/or mixed use hospitality projectsCandidate should hold BArch DegreeA high level of technical competence and a thorough understanding of building system s
