We're looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner to help scale Webflow's, Engineering, Product, and Design organization. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across multiple teams, bringing a strategic, data-informed approach to hiring at scale and solving problems with minimal guidance. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and the broader Talent and People team — including Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards — to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent, adapting quickly and pivoting direction to support the business as it evolves. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
