Manager - Human Resource - IT

Experience: 6+ Years. Employment Type: Full-Time. Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST (Overlap Shift). Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations, foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, ensure HR compliance, manage documentation, and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities: - Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. - Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure labour law compliance. - Manage onboarding, probation, confirmations, exits, and employee relations. - Handle Background Verification (BGV) and maintain HR documentation. - Support performance management, grievance handling, and HR operations. - Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and organizational development. Requirements: - 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and BGV. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with HRMS tools and Microsoft Office. - MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. - Comfortable working from 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST.
