Job Description
Our Client is an establised Insurance firm.
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Acquisition advisor , providing insights on candidate trends, in-demand skill sets, market compensation and regulatory developments. Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for each role and advise hiring managers on interview best practices.
Proactively source, assess and present quality candidates through direct sourcing and various recruitment channels. Conduct comprehensive phone, video and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Manage the end-to-end offer process , including internal/external salary benchmarking, offer positioning and negotiations. Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce plans, providing market intelligence on compensation, hiring trends and candidate sentiment.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines , with an emphasis on direct sourcing. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors .
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience . Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring and offer negotiations. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and high recruitment volumes , ideally 20+ open requisitions concurrently. Proficient with HRIS/ATS recruitment systems .
