Job Responsibilities

Scheduling, arrangement, and monitoring of trucking activities Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer’s requests are met Manage and execute all import/export shipping activities and documentation Attend to queries on operational matters from customers, driver and transport team Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely execution and delivery Requirements Diploma qualification in relevant discipline or similar Certification in transportation or customer service will be an added advantage At least 1 year of similar professional experience Experience in Liaising with drivers, customers, and key process stakeholders Experience in Transport and freight terms will be an added advantage Competencies – Planning, Coordinating, Prioritizing, Customer Service, Administration Able to communicate clearly and directly Process-oriented with a sense of urgency We regret that only short-listed applicants will be notified.
