Your Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: Act as the key advisor to a diverse portfolio of SMEs, delivering proactive business advisory and tax solutions. • Technical Compliance: Prepare and review complex tax returns (DIV7A, PSI, DNCL, FBT) and annual financial statements. • Strategic Advisory: Analyze financial data and advise business owners on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and structural planning. • Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to intermediate/junior staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. What You Need to Succeed: • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in Australian Public Practice. • Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or close to completion. • Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and automated workpaper systems. • Attributes: Strong communicator, proactive, and genuinely client-focused.
