Job Description: Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture • Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions using Dell ISG portfolio: • Dell PowerEdge Servers • Power Store, Power Scale, Power Flex, Power Vault Storage • Dell Networking • Hybrid Cloud and AI Infrastructure • Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical architectures. Customer Engagement • Conduct discovery workshops and technical assessments. • Present solution architectures to customer IT teams and leadership. • Act as a trusted advisor for digital transformation initiatives. Pre-Sales Support • Support Account /Sales /Product Managers during the sales cycle. • Develop BoMs, HLDs, LLDs, solution proposals, and RFP/RFQ responses. • Perform sizing, configuration, and solution validation. Technical Demonstrations • Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts. • Showcase Dell Technologies and competitive differentiation. Business Development • Identify opportunities for modernization, cloud adoption, AI, virtualization, and data center transformation. • Collaborate with Dell sales teams, partners, and OEM alliances.
