Job Summary
You will support daily clinic operations by managing patient registration, handling transactions, assisting doctors, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Register patients and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, and weight to support clinical assessments Process CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions accurately to facilitate patient payments and claims Dispense medication and collect payments using e-payment methods such as QR Pay and NETS to ensure smooth billing Manage appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and send timely reminders to improve patient adherence Respond professionally to phone and counter enquiries to provide clear and helpful information to patients Submit claims for Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care, and TPA insurance to ensure timely reimbursement Maintain general administrative records and provide clerical support to clinic operations Conduct ECG tests and assist doctors during consultations as needed to support patient care Required competencies and certifications Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent education with relevant healthcare or GP clinic experience At least 1 year of experience working in a GP clinic setting Proficient in using clinic IT systems, Managed Care portals, MBS, MHCP, and TPA claim portals for efficient operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rostered shifts including 2 weekday evening shifts and 2 Sunday shifts (1 morning, 1 evening) per week Preferred competencies and qualifications Good command of spoken and written English to communicate effectively with patients and staff Ability to converse in Mandarin and/or Malay to assist non-English speaking patients Customer service orientation with a dil
