Job Description

Our client is an AI-driven healthcare technology company transforming cardiovascular care through innovative AI solutions. We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional programs supporting the development of AI-powered healthcare products in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs from planning through successful execution. - Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, Clinical, Data Science, Regulatory, Quality, and Business teams. - Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely program updates. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. - Coordinate with engineering teams to understand product architecture and ensure smooth execution of technical initiatives. - Ensure project documentation complies with regulatory and quality standards, including Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Track program progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Identify risks, resolve escalations, and proactively drive issue resolution. - Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, and presentations for leadership. - Mentor project teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Required Skills : - 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with at least 2 years in Technical Program or Project Management. - Proven experience managing multiple cross-functional technical programs simultaneously. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. - Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence. - Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), product architecture, and technical delivery. - Strong planning, problem-solving, risk management, and leadership capabilities. Mandatory Experience (Any of these) : - Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) - Medical Devices - Life Sciences - Clinical Software / Digital Health - Regulated Product Development Environment - Candidates without exposure to regulated healthcare or medical device programs are unlikely to be a fit. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or Analytics programs. - Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), medical device quality processes, and external audits. - Exposure to Design History Files (DHF), FDA-regulated products, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). - PMP certification or familiarity with PMBOK methodologies. - Technical exposure to Python/R or NoSQL technologies is an added advantage. Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - A Master's degree is a plus.
