Product Designer III - Adobe Creative Suite

Role Overview : As a Senior Product Designer based in Bangalore, you will serve as a pivotal architect of our digital ecosystem, translating complex user needs into intuitive, high-impact design solutions. Your day-to-day involves leading the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and final handoff. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional product managers, engineering leads, and data scientists to ensure that our design language remains cohesive and scalable. By championing a user-centric philosophy, you will directly influence our core business metrics, driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction through seamless, thoughtful product experiences. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end design process for complex features to ensure that our product remains intuitive and competitive in a fast-paced market. - Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable design specifications that align with technical feasibility. - Conduct rigorous user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses, ensuring every interface decision is backed by qualitative and quantitative data. - Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency and operational efficiency across all product touchpoints. - Mentor junior designers and advocate for design excellence within the organization to elevate the overall quality of our product output. Required Skillset : - Demonstrate mastery in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-fidelity prototypes and design assets. - Exhibit a deep understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with a proven ability to solve complex navigation and workflow challenges. - Communicate design rationale effectively to non-design stakeholders, using storytelling and data to build consensus and drive project momentum. - Possess a strong academic background in Design, HCI, or a related field, complemented by a portfolio that showcases complex problem-solving and visual craftsmanship. - Thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating the flexibility to iterate quickly based on team feedback and evolving project priorities. - Showcase an analytical mindset, utilizing user analytics and A/B testing results to refine designs and optimize conversion funnels.
