Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD

Role Overview: As a Product Designer - I based in Bangalore, you will be at the heart of our product development lifecycle, transforming complex user problems into intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. Your daily contributions will involve everything from conducting foundational UX research to crafting pixel-perfect visual designs, ensuring that our mobile and web platforms remain industry-leading. By advocating for the user at every stage, you will directly influence customer satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of our product ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Translate high-level product requirements into actionable wireframes and interactive prototypes to facilitate rapid iteration and stakeholder alignment. - Conduct comprehensive UX research and usability testing to identify user pain points and validate design decisions with data-driven insights. - Develop end-to-end user journeys and interaction designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance the overall mobile UX. - Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure visual consistency and design scalability across all product touchpoints. - Partner with product management to define feature roadmaps, ensuring that design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business goals. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to produce high-fidelity visuals and functional prototypes. - Proven ability to apply design thinking methodologies to solve ambiguous problems and deliver user-centered design solutions. - Strong visual design sensibilities with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout, specifically tailored for mobile-first environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback. - A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid office environment in Bangalore, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - A strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of interaction design, wireframing, and the successful delivery of consumer-facing digital products.
