UX/User Researcher_PT

Core Responsibilities : ▪ Responsible testing of product and service concepts in different development phases​ ▪ Responsible for reporting, documenting and presentation of research results towards stakeholders​ ▪ High level stakeholder management (senior management)​ ▪ Fostering a user centric culture and mindset as a UX ambassador through communication and trainings Tasks ▪ Design, plan and conduct user research and testing activities, synthesize findings, and make them relevant and impactful for the business ​ ▪ Moderation of interviews, focus groups as well as explorational and ethnographical research formats​ ▪ Support in understanding the relevant user journeys & provide user insights for relevant user touchpoints along the user journey and make them available to the ▪ respective functions in the regional organization​ ▪ Coaching teams in working with user insights and make them relevant for them as well as facilitating workshops​ Collaborate with functional user research experts in central User Experience, Research & Design ▪ Bachelor/ master’s degree in psychology, sociology, cultural anthropology or comparable field of study, ideally with empirical user research as the main focus​                                                                      ▪ 5+ years of professional experience in managing and conducting user research projects, e. g.    plan and apply user research & testing methodologies, practice user-centered design process in a consultancy, -agency or corporate department with proven track reco
