Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO): Strategic HR Leadership - Global Technology & IT Services: A globally admired Technology and IT Services leader with a substantial international footprint and rapidly expanding India operations is seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to lead a critical phase of strategic growth, organisational transformation, leadership integration, and global talent scale-up. Reporting directly to the Global CHRO, this high-visibility mandate offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide people strategy while working closely with the CEO, Board, global business leaders, and senior international stakeholders. The role is designed with a long-term global leadership trajectory, making it particularly attractive to an accomplished HR leader seeking broader enterprise and international responsibility. The Leadership Mandate: The CHRO will serve as a strategic business and people leader, shaping the organisations next phase of growth through: - Partnering with the Global CHRO, CEO, Board, and senior international leadership on enterprise-wide people strategy and organisational direction. - Leading large-scale HR transformation across complex, globally integrated workforce ecosystems. - Driving leadership development, succession architecture, organisation effectiveness, workforce planning, and culture integration. - Building a future-ready leadership pipeline aligned with global expansion and business transformation priorities. - Strengthening executive talent acquisition, leadership engagement, employer branding, retention, and high-performance culture. - Advancing HR digitisation, people analytics, AI-enabled HR practices, and scalable talent systems. - Partnering with leaders across Technology, Digital Engineering, Consulting, AI, Cloud, Platforms, and Global Services. - Establishing strong HR governance, stakeholder alignment, and organisational effectiveness across distributed global operations. - Translating business strategy into differentiated people strategies that support growth, productivity, innovation, and leadership continuity. What Will Define Success: This role is fundamentally a Business HR Leadership mandate. Outstanding leadership capability, strategic judgement, executive maturity, and sophisticated stakeholder management will define the successful incumbent. You will be expected to: - Operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Global CHRO, Board, and senior business leadership. - Influence enterprise decisions through strong business understanding and people insight. - Lead through complexity, transformation, scale, and organisational change. - Build credibility across diverse global leadership teams and highly matrixed environments. - Balance strategic vision with strong operational discipline and execution. - Shape leadership culture and organisational capability at enterprise scale. Ideal Leadership Profile: The opportunity is suited to a distinguished HR leader with experience in one or more of the following environments: - Technology and IT Services - Digital Engineering - Global Consulting - Global Capability Centres, GCCs - SaaS and Product Technology - AI and Cloud - BPM and Global Services - Large multinational or internationally integrated organisations The ideal profile will demonstrate: - Top Tier MBA in HR - XLRI most preferred. - Extensive experience leading large, multi-location and internationally integrated workforce ecosystems. - Proven success in transformation-led growth, organisation restructuring, leadership succession, executive hiring, culture integration, and scale management. - Strong exposure to global leadership teams, Boards, investors, and senior business stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to integrate HR strategy closely with business strategy and enterprise priorities. - Strong strategic orientation supported by operational depth and execution excellence. - Experience building leadership pipelines and organisational capability for sustained growth. - Prior experience as a CHRO or senior enterprise HR leader within a globally respected organisation is preferred. - Versatile experience across business HR, transformation, talent, organisation effectiveness, leadership development, and enterprise HR strategy.
