The CCO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with top-tier architects, designers, and contractors, as well as leading consultative sales and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts. This role is pivotal in strengthening the brand’s market presence, driving revenue growth, and expanding into new luxury markets. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years’ of experience in business development or B2B sales within the luxury sector, with a focus on architectural millwork or related industries. A deep understanding of the luxury residential construction ecosystem, including key players and market dynamics, is essential. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in client relationship management, high-level negotiations, and will possess a strong, active network in the ultra-high-net-worth market. Applicants for the CCO position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate a strong executive presence, credibility, and the ability to operate confidently in high-end industry circles. The role requires the ability to act as a trusted advisor, subtly influence decision-making, and ensure project alignment and execution in collaboration with internal teams. A background in high-end residential projects, including experience in coordinating multiple specialized trades and stakeholders, is highly valued. The CCO will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization, and as such, a proactive, design-driven, and results-oriented approach is expected.
