This full-time position is your chance to become the backbone of our office — the first point of contact for clients and the vital support system behind a busy, high-performing team. You’ll help deliver the seamless, high-level service Urban is known for, while supporting our Residential Sales Agents, Associate Agents, and Property Managers to achieve outstanding results.
What you’ll be doing ✨
Marketing Support
• Preparation of property brochures and flyers, letters, and community event campaigns when required
• Management of online listings, weekly stocklists, signboards, coordination of photography, and other in-house marketing activities
• Assist with digital marketing and social media initiatives where required
Administration and Customer Service
• Administrative support to Real Estate Agents, including preparation of all sales-related documentation, solicitor liaison, and exchange and settlement follow-up
• Assist the Property Management/BDM team when required
• Maintain and manage accurate data entry in the CRM (Agentbox)
• Open and close the office while maintaining an immaculate and professional presentation
• Meet and greet clients, manage enquiries, and attend to all incoming calls and emails
• Liaise with vendors and purchasers, tenants and landlords to ensure they are receiving a high standard of real estate service
About you ⚡
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Advanced computer skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva will be highly regarded)
• 1–2 years administration support experience (real estate experience will be highly regarded)
• Previous experience in social media and digital marketing within a real estate environment is a bonus
• Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate or Real Estate Licence (not essential)
