As a Associate Software Engineer in Pune, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem! Job Summary: Participates in planning, designing, developing and testing software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. Job Responsibilities: Participates in the design, development, testing and delivery of high-quality software/solutions. Creates and reviews unit, integration, system, and/or QA Test Plans/Scripts, executes test, and analyzes results. Participates in the researches and resolution of customer reported problems. Perform other duties as assigned Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent software development experience. - 2+ years software development experience. - Expertise in Java languages and programming. - Good understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems. - Familiarity in building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks. - Familiarity with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Tanzu, etc) - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Observability tools. (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) - Ability to collaborate with a global team and work with attention to detail & multitask under tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and team player capabilities required. Preferred: - Experience working with Indian and global engineering teams. - Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
