Job Summary

Drive sales growth by managing and developing customer accounts, delivering technical solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase sales and market presence Develop new customer accounts by identifying opportunities and building relationships Provide technical solutions tailored to customer applications to support product adoption Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement Establish and maintain strong rapport with assigned customers to foster loyalty and repeat business Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction and retention Required competencies and certifications Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding, Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the engineering or related field Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient written and verbal communication skills to present and negotiate effectively Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships Result-oriented mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience specializing in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Other Information Full-time position with a 5.
