Beyond day-to-day coordination, you’ll contribute to the flow of information across the business—handling communications, preparing briefings, and carrying out research and analysis to support decision-making. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and adapt your support as priorities evolve, helping ensure the executive team can focus on delivering against long-term objectives. You can expect the following process from us: • A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor. • A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Hiring Manager and the Talent Acquisition Manager, usually on Teams. • A short chat (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with the Executive Directors you will be supporting. Application deadline: We will review applications on Friday 12th of June 2026 , and thereafter on a rolling basis.
