The Opportunity Flexport is establishing its operations in the Philippines — and we're looking for a strong leader to build and run our air gateway operations in Manila. As Manager, Air Operations, you'll lead a team of operations specialists to manage end-to-end air freight shipments, ensuring cargo moves smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This is a high-impact role for an experienced operator ready to shape how Flexport delivers world-class air freight from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of air operations specialists, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, ensuring fast and effective resolution Set clear expectations, support team growth, and help individuals perform at their best Oversee the full air shipment lifecycle from booking and pickup through to airline handover and final delivery Ensure all activities comply with Flexport's standar
