Job Description
Looking for meticulous individuals passionate in Events Management!
Asap - Mar 2027, subject to renewal Lavender MRT Mon - Fri, office hours * Additional hours to be compensated in time-off/OT Pay Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of invited guests’ lists, sending email invites, collation of RSVPs and replying general enquiries.
Assist in the planning and ticketing of seating gallery for VIPs and invited guests. Assist in the planning and execution of appreciation sessions for sponsors and partners. Assist in the sourcing and management of Sponsorship and Partnerships. Assist in management of the ticketing system.
Liaise with the partnering organisations for any ticketing requirements.
Requirements
Possesses minimum a Diploma with background in Events Management or Marketing. Meticulous individual able to work well in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Comfortable with working on weekends and after-office hours due to the nature of events.
