Product – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Job Title Product – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead Location(s) Pune Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Own end‑to‑end Product Master Data lifecycle including creation, enrichment, change, and retirement • Lead Product MDM run operations, SLAs, KPIs, and backlog prioritization • Drive Product MDM enhancements, tooling improvements, and documentation updates • Establish and operationalize Product MDM governance, stewardship, and workflows • Ensure compliance with ITC, COO, HS/HTC, ECCN and regulatory requirements • Partner with CPQ, eCommerce, SAP, and MDM platform teams to maintain canonical product models • Build and mentor Product MDM COE resources and coordinate MSP delivery • Drive data quality dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives • Basic Qualifications Required Qualifications & Experience • 6–10 years experience in Product MDM / Data Governance • Experience with SAP Material Master, CPQ, and enterprise MDM tools (EBX preferred) • Strong stakeholder management and process design capability • Experience leading run + enhancement teams Preferred Characteristics • Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization • Effective stakeholder and vendor management • Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership. • Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term • Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
