Your missions Provide 24/7 Level 2 cloud infrastructure operations across approximately 95 Azure and GCP environments globally Handle incidents, requests, and standard changes on compute, networking, storage, IAM, and PaaS services Execute Terraform-based infrastructure changes, including plan, apply, and state management Troubleshoot cloud networking and IAM issues across Azure and GCP Operate and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, AKS, Azure SQL, Functions, Web Apps, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure DevOps Pipelines) Operate and troubleshoot GCP (GCE, VPCs, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL) Manage Azure networking (flow analysis, route tables, VPN/ExpressRoute) and GCP networking (VPC firewall rules, Cloud Router, Cloud NAT) Perform IAM troubleshooting (Entra ID RBAC, Managed Identities, GCP Service Accounts, Workload Identity) Operate Cloudflare (WAF and routing operational changes) and support Mulesoft connectivity and API troubleshooting Use PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation and operations Manage incidents and changes using ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps **Profile**: Experience in multi-cloud infrastructure operations (4 to 6 years) Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, AKS, Azure SQL, Functions, Web Apps, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure DevOps Pipelines) Experience with GCP (GCE, VPCs, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL) Proficiency in Terraform (plan, apply, state management, provider troubleshooting) Knowledge of Azure networking (flow analysis, route tables, VPN/ExpressRoute) and GCP networking (VPC firewall rules, Cloud Router, Cloud NAT) Experience with IAM troubleshooting (Entra ID RBAC, Managed Identities, GCP Service Accounts, Workload Identity) Experience with Cloudflare (WAF and routing operational changes) Experience with Mulesoft connectivity and API troubleshooting Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps Fluent English You demonstrate a genuine multi-cloud mindset, high autonomy, strong organization under high change volume, and clear technical writing skills Skills (Must) Networking Terraform Microsoft Azure What we offer An international community, bringing together 110+ different nationalities **An environment where trust has a central place**: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) At Mantu, sustainability is part of everything we do.
