We are looking for a **Regional Business Manager, Diagnostics** to drive business growth across Brazil and LATAM through strategic channel management, distributor governance, public affairs awareness, business development and commercial execution.

This is a high-impact regional role for a commercially minded leader who understands indirect channels, market access complexity, distributor partnerships and the dynamics of healthcare markets across LATAM.

About the role As **Regional Business Manager, Diagnostics,** you will develop and execute business strategies that accelerate growth through Hologic's indirect channel.

You will work closely with distributors, partners, public and private stakeholders, marketing, sales leadership and cross-functional teams to expand market coverage, strengthen partner performance and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, supporting market access, managing sales forecasts and pipelines, driving distributor engagement and delivering against revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities + Develop and execute regional commercial plans aligned with LATAM strategy and marketing initiatives. + Identify new business opportunities across markets, products and services. + Manage distributor and channel partner performance, governance and business reviews.

+ Build strong, transparent and productive relationships with regional distributors and strategic partners. + Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management and quota attainment. + Analyze sales data, market trends, socioeconomic indicators and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

+ Support new product launches and commercialization plans for the LATAM market. + Monitor public policies, regulatory procedures, trade barriers and healthcare market trends that may impact the business. + Work with partners to address market access challenges and improve market coverage.

+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and support functions to execute growth initiatives. + Cultivate enterprise and strategic partnerships, including with public and private market stakeholders.

+ Use CRM and sales tools to track opportunities, report progress and manage critical business priorities. About you You are a strategic, commercially focused and collaborative business leader with strong experience in sales, business development and indirect channel management.

You understand the complexity of LATAM healthcare markets and are comfortable working across countries, cultures, distributors and stakeholders. You bring strong ownership, excellent communication skills and the ability to turn market insights into practical commercial action.

You are results-oriented, analytical, adaptable and able to build trusted relationships internally and externally. What we're looking for + Bachelor's degree. + 5+ years' relevant sales, commercial or business development experience with a proven record of sustainable growth.

+ 3-5 years' experience in sales management, channel management or business growth. + Experience working with indirect channels and distributor networks. + Strong understanding of LATAM market dynamics, cultural nuances and socioeconomic trends.

+ Knowledge of public and private healthcare markets, market access and commercialization practices. + Strong strategic planning, forecasting, pipeline management and KPI analysis skills. + Experience using CRM, sales software and Microsoft Office.
