Looking for an Embedded Software Architect to define and drive scalable, high-quality embedded software architecture. This role requires strong expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems, with working knowledge of connectivity technologies to support connected product development. Tasks / Responsibilities: •    Translate business and system requirements into technical architecture. •    Define end-to-end embedded software architecture (drivers, middleware, application layers). •    Design scalable solutions across MCU/SoC platforms, RTOS, and hardware abstraction layers. •    Define communication interfaces and integration strategies across subsystems.  •    Architect systems for high performance, low latency, and efficient resource usage. •    Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. •    Design and support integration of connectivity modules (RF, Wi Fi) into embedded systems. •    Assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms) with a focus on improving embedded platform engineering and automation. •    Lead technical discussions and architecture / design reviews. •    Drive innovative initiatives and proof-of-concepts (POCs). •    Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and connectivity solutions. •    Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for embedded systems. •    Mentor development teams on architecture, best practices, and technical direction. •    Support teams in debugging complex system-level issues and root cause analysis.
