Solution Architect

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. • Be a productive member of the team. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture. • Experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of strategic technology solutions within the Collections and Distressed Client Management domain, combining deep expertise in credit lifecycle management, customer default handling, collections, forbearance, debt treatment, and recovery processes with modern cloud-native architecture practices. • Act as the architecture lead for Collections and Distressed Client Management initiatives. • Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into target-state architectures and solution roadmaps. • Provide architectural guidance across: Early Collections, Late Collections, Debt Treatment, Debt Recovery • Design scalable, cloud-native, event-driven architectures using modern architectural patterns. • Lead solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. • Define integration strategies across core banking systems, risk systems, and CRM platforms. • Engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders. • Facilitate architecture governance forums and decision-making processes. • Produce architecture artifacts, standards, roadmaps, and technical documentation. • Mentor engineers and technical leads on architectural best practices. • Drive alignment between business objectives, risk requirements, and technology investments. • Application Architecture: Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), API Gateway Patterns, Integration Architecture • Containerization & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, GitHub Actions, DevSecOps Practices, Release and Deployment Automation AI-Assisted Engineering: GitHub Copilot, AI-enabled Software Engineering Practices, Developer Productivity Tooling • Proven experience architecting mission-critical banking platforms. • Experience leading architecture for cloud-native transformation initiatives. • Demonstrable experience in collections, recovery, lending, or risk management domains. • Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments.
