Join our IT team in one of many newly created roles at the heart of DuluxGroup’s digital transformation, helping deliver a major business upgrade across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks. What You’ll Be Doing • Administer Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 services • Manage environments, tenant settings, connectors, access, monitoring, lifecycle activities and data loss prevention • Resolve incidents, service requests and operational escalations • Support platform governance, lifecycle activities and documentation • Improve administration through automation and standardisation • Monitor licensing, capacity, consumption and operational risks Our Benefits • Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs • Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers • Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport • 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one • Market leading learning, development and career pathways • Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support What We’re Looking for • 5+ years’ experience in Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 or Microsoft tenant administration • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline, Microsoft Certifications and/or equivalent professional experience • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical, product, platform and support teams • A balanced approach to speed, governance, security, reliability and service quality • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve incidents and operational issues We Value Potential and Passion At DuluxGroup, we believe that the right attitude and a willingness to learn can be just as important as meeting every requirement on a job description.
