Tecblic - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Automation Testing

: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Automation Engineer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and automating test cases to ensure our software products meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless user experience before product deployment. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze requirements and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. - Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects and design deviations. - Log and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots, and system logs in Jira. - Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved and when new features are deployed. - Collaborate with developers to isolate, reproduce, and troubleshoot technical issues. - Conduct compatibility testing across various operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices. - Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and apply them to projects. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience. - Automation : Experience with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress). - Programming : Basic knowledge of coding languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript. - Problem-solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Qualifications : - Automation : Framework knowledge in Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. - API Testing : Proficiency using tools like Postman or Swagger to validate endpoints. - Database Testing : Strong structured query language (SQL) skills for backend data validation. - DevOps & Tracking : Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or ClickUP.
