Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record in testing complex web applications and APIs. - Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and detailed test cases. - Proficiency with industry-standard bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in writing SQL queries for database verification and ensuring data integrity. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is highly desirable. - Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Insomnia) is a significant advantage.
