Job Description

Job Duck is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support a growing legal practice serving clients throughout Massachusetts.

In this role, you will play an important part in managing personal injury cases from day to day, coordinating documentation, communicating with clients and legal professionals, and supporting the supervising attorney throughout the litigation process.

The ideal candidate combines strong legal knowledge with excellent organization, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate challenging circumstances.

Monthly Compensation: $ 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with trial preparation, including organizing case materials, documentation, and supporting information. Assist with electronic court filings and other litigation related filings.

Monitor case deadlines and ensure required actions are completed on time. Coordinate calendars and appointments for the staffer and supervising attorney. Maintain accurate and detailed case notes within the case management system. Provide translation and interpretation support when needed.
