About the Opportunity A fast-evolving design-led innovation studio operating at the intersection of brand storytelling, digital experiences, and spatial design, we empower startups and scaling brands across India to build compelling visual identities that resonate across physical and digital touchpoints. Our interdisciplinary team crafts cohesive design systems—from packaging and print to UI/UX and environmental graphics—driving brand differentiation in competitive markets. Role & Responsibilities • Design high-impact visual assets including logos, packaging, social media creatives, presentations, and marketing collaterals aligned with client briefs. • Develop brand guidelines and design systems that ensure visual consistency across digital and print platforms. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and client teams to translate strategic goals into aesthetically compelling, user-centered visuals. • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, brand standards, and creative direction. • Prototype and iterate on digital designs for websites, apps, or interactive kiosks under guidance from UX leads. • Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to elevate creative output and client deliverables.
