Senior Business Analyst (Payroll Implementation)

• Lead a major UKG Pro & Workday transformation About Our Client An organisation within the transport and distribution industry based in Melbourne. Job Description • • Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design across UKG Pro and Workday. • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance and business stakeholders to define solution requirements. • Analyse and document complex time, attendance, payroll and pay-rule requirements. • Support configuration activities, integrations, testing, UAT and payroll parallel runs. • Translate enterprise agreements, awards and employment conditions into system requirements. • Identify process gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement. • Work closely with implementation partners and technical teams to deliver successful outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Business Analyst - Payroll Implementation should have: • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on UKG Pro and/or Workday implementations. • Strong expertise in Time & Attendance and Payroll solutions. • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and pay rules. • Strong knowledge of Australian Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and industrial conditions. • Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing and implementation. • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience working on complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
