As a **Senior Project Analyst**, your mission will be to manage the project portfolio, ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with the organization's strategic objectives, and promote governance, standardization, and continuous process improvement. **What your day-to-day will look like**: - Managing the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals; - Planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards; - Coordinating the activities of cross-functional project teams while fostering effective communication among stakeholders; - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper prioritization and efficient resource allocation; - Performing project risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and impacts; - Ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and industry best practices (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.); - Preparing and presenting executive reports on the status of the project portfolio to senior leadership; - Delivering project status updates during management meetings with clarity and objectivity; - Supporting project governance by driving continuous process improvement and standardizing project management methodologies; - Partnering with Business and IT teams to ensure projects deliver maximum business value. **What you need to shine in this role**: - Proven experience in project and project portfolio management; - Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, etc.); - Experience with project and portfolio governance; - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar; - Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills; - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders; - Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency. **Bonus points if you have**: - It is desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; - Strong analytical mindset, strategic vision, and are looking to work in a dynamic environment. **EBANX offers**: - **Performance Bonus**:Annual bonus program based on company results. - **Meal Allowance**:Monthly allowance to support your meals. - **EBANX Education**: Financial assistance for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs to support your professional growth. - **EBANX Skills**: Dedicated budget for courses, certifications, and workshops to encourage continuous learning. - **Language Classes**: Language classes to support your personal and professional development. - **Health & Well-being**:Medical and dental plans with extensive coverage, including support for dependents and wellness programs. - **Flexible Work Culture**: Semi-flexible hours, additional day off on your birthday, and year-end break to support work-life balance. - **Well-being Program**:Access to activities and resources that promote physical and mental health.
