Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications end-to-end. You will work across the stack — from responsive front-ends to robust backend services and cloud infrastructure — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and Java/Spring Boot Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging using tools such as Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch, and Grafana to ensure system reliability. Manage and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, health checks) Take end-to-end ownership of features — from requirement analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack — leveraging centralized logs and dashboards for root cause analysis Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices . Required Skills & Qualifications 7–12 years of hands-on full stack development experience Strong proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, component architecture) Solid backend experience with Node.js and Java/Spring Boot Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, SQS, CloudWatch) Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (SQL/NoSQL) Experience with Kubernetes — deploying, managing, and monitoring containerized applications Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools such as Kibana/ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker) Excellent communication skills — able to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively Proven ability to work independently and own deliverables end-to-end Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and collaborative team practices Nice to Have Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies or serving in a Scrum Master role (CSM/PSM certification is a plus) Hands-on experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools Experience with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions) Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and event-driven patterns
