Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Solid understanding of back-end development, including server-side programming and database management. - Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration. - Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability.
