Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist cum Admin to support the daily administrative operations of an MOE Secondary School near Mayflower & Ang Mo Kio MRT. You will work closely with the Vice Principal, Administration Managers/Executives and School Leaders to ensure smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Counter Duties Handle phone calls, enquiries, deliveries, school mails, parcels/ dispatch, and other related matters. Attend to pupils who are unwell and administer basic first aid as necessary. Maintain and replenish first aid supplies and pupils' supplies at the reception area and sick bay.
Manage lost and found items, and the sale and loan of items to pupils. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of valuables/wallets found, loan items, and sale of badges, ties, and other items. Update and maintain data, statistics and filing records.
Manage school’s generic email account, including responding to straightforward queries in a timely manner. Any other administrative duties as assigned by the School, within the scope of this Contract.
Job Requirements
Qualification Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent; Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support roles Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. The Personnel should preferably have the following:
• First-aid certification Employment Details Contract Period: From 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027.
Working Hours
• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break.
• Fridays: 6:45am to 3:15pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holid
