Job Description
Role Scope: Business Analyst responsible for translating banking/wealth management business needs into clear requirements and supporting end-to-end Agile delivery, with a strong focus on Avaloq.
Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams. Support solution design, testing, and requirement validation within Agiledelivery models.
Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations Experience and Domain Knowledge: 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
Strong domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management / Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments / Capital Markets, or Digital Banking . Technical Skills Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments .
