Salesforce Application Engineer – Remote Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States.

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U. S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Application Engineer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms.

The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits. Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.

Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing). Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms. Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development. Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
