DataCandy is looking for a remote Senior Ruby on Rails Developer who thrives on technical leadership, collaboration, and innovation. In this role, you’ll architect robust solutions, mentor junior developers, and help set the standard for engineering excellence across our teams.

Your Focus Mentorship: Guide and support junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of learning. Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and elegant software solutions that raise the bar. Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to build world-class features.

Who You Are

Experienced: 8+ years in software development with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and MySQL. Skilled: Proficient in Rails (or similar MVC frameworks), Active Record (or similar ORM), and RSpec testing. Versatile: Familiar with Java
