Lead - Group Rewards

Role Purpose: Drive Group Compensation & Benefits initiatives with focus on rewards, analytics, annual compensation planning, policy governance and strategic C&B transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead annual compensation planning for Group Corporate Office and support executive compensation/NRC matters. - Drive C&B transformation, compensation restructuring, automation and statutory compliance initiatives. - Develop and maintain C&B policies, SOPs, governance frameworks and process documentation. - Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations and internal controls; coordinate HR audits. - Lead market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures and compensation recommendations. - Build compensation analytics, workforce cost reports and reward dashboards for management decisions. - Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS and IT teams on enterprise-wide reward initiatives. - Provide compensation insights and guidance to HR and business stakeholders. Key Skills: - Annual compensation cycles, market benchmarking and job evaluation. - C&B transformation, HR analytics and strategic projects. - Advanced Excel, workforce analytics and financial modelling. - Policy development, governance and project management. - Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills. Education & Experience: - MBA (HR) with 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / HR Analytics. Experience in large, multi-location organizations preferred.
