Senior Consultant/Associate Principal - Executive Search - Recruitment/Staffing

: - We are looking for a high-performing professional to drive end-to-end executive search mandates, client management and business development. The role involves partnering with CXOs/CHROs, understanding leadership requirements, developing search strategies, market mapping, candidate assessment and managing mandates through closure. - The individual will be expected to build strong client and candidate relationships, generate new mandates, contribute to revenue growth and develop sector expertise. Strong communication, commercial orientation, networking and stakeholder management skills are essential. - Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements by diagnosing client challenges and architecting bespoke solutions that drive sustainable business transformation. - Drive consulting sales and business development efforts by identifying high-potential opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers. - Oversee complex Talent Acquisition strategies for clients, ensuring that human capital initiatives align perfectly with their broader corporate growth objectives. Experience: - 6-12 years, preferably in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring, with proven delivery and business development capability.
