Regional Head - Wealth Management - BFSI

Regional Head Wealth Management Job Purpose: To lead and grow the Wealth Management business across the assigned region by driving AUM/revenue growth, HNI/UHNI client acquisition, team productivity, distribution expansion and profitability, while ensuring high-quality client servicing and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Own the P&L, revenue and business growth for the assigned region. - Drive acquisition and deepening of HNI/UHNI client relationships. - Lead, mentor and manage Cluster Heads, Wealth Managers and Relationship Managers. - Develop and strengthen the regional distribution network and market presence. - Drive AUM, revenue, client acquisition, wallet share and profitability targets. - Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and support the team in large-ticket acquisitions. - Review team performance and implement corrective strategies to improve productivity. - Monitor portfolio performance, business analytics and revenue trends. - Promote appropriate wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products and other investment solutions. - Develop acquisition strategies through corporates, referrals, external channels and market networks. - Ensure excellent client experience, retention and relationship deepening. - Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, AMFI, NISM and internal compliance requirements. - Work closely with Product, Investment Advisory, Operations and support teams. Qualification: - MBA, PGDM, PGDBA or equivalent. - Relevant NISM/AMFI certifications preferred
