Management Consultant - High Tech - Strategy Consulting

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Management Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our consulting team focused on the High Tech industry. You will work with leading global clients to develop and execute strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Support the discovery, design, delivery & current state analysis of large transformation programs for High Tech clients across capabilities like Consumer Electronics, Data & AI, Semiconductors, As-a-Service, and Enterprise Technology. - Apply functional knowledge to drive structured problem solving, breaking down high-level problem statements into actionable pieces. - Bridge business problems and solutions by analyzing data, conducting market research, and translating insights into recommendations. - Lead defined workstreams, managing teams of associates/analysts to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - Develop client-ready deliverables including analyses, business cases, and roadmap presentations. - Drive client innovation by designing large-scale transformations to improve operational efficiency. - Support client workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and data teams. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or masters degree preferred. - 4-8 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on the High Tech industry. - Hands-on exposure to value chain areas such as Corporate Strategy, Product Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, or Analytics. - Working knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.
